MAC Lipsticks & Lip Gloss Collection with Swatches

Hello my lovelies, how are you?
I hope you are all feeling well?
paper lantern, deelight, love alert, dynasty at dusk, fashion city
I thought I would share with you my MAC lipstick and lip gloss collection with swatches. For me, MAC make beautiful lipsticks, there are so many formula's and shades to choose from that you really are spoiled for choice. Not to mention the the sheer amount of Limited edition collections that they put out every season. There are literally hundreds to choose from. I have had and used up so many of these beautiful lipsticks over the years that I don't know if I could ever be without them. They really are amazing, I know they aren't the cheapest on the market at £15.50 but when you think that when you use up 6 of the little beauties, just take the empty tubes to their shop and choose a free lipstick. Love that, it is how I have got some for these little beauties.
patisserie, brave, speed dail, hot gossip
My favourite formula has to be cremesheen as they are so moisturising, pigmented and just plain old gorgeous not even to mention the scent. Love, love, love. Plain and simple. My least favourite is the frost finish though a favourite lipstick (Angel) is a frost, I have used mine up and will repurchase in the not too distant future.

Do you own any MAC lipsticks? What are your favourites and do you have any recommendations that you think I would love?

It is that time where I say goodbye, just remember that life is short, enjoy it and love one another.

Until the next time,

Ta Ta for now.

NOTD: Revlon Parfumerie Winermint

Hello my lovelies, how are you?
I hope you are keeping well?
Today I thought I would share with you a stunning nail polish by Revlon, it is 1 of the parfumerie polishes in the shade wintermint and I have to say, Damn! It is 1 of my favourite from the high street. Just stunning. You can find it here for £6.49 and is currently on a 3 for 2 offer atm which makes it even more of a steal. Though this past year, the parfumerie's have been in the Pound shops but have have been going pretty fast.
Anyway, onto the reason I love it so much...it is very nearly opaque in 1 coat but I personally prefer to put on 2 coats just to be sure. The colour alone is just beautiful, it is just so refreshing and I wear it all year round, it is perfect for the warm and colder months. The scent really does smell of mints and linger s for a good while. It lasts for 5 days on my nails though there are a couple of minor chips after 2 days but that is easily repaired. I have pretty much all the shades in this formula, I love them that much. I can't rave about them enough and have no issues in recommending them to anyone and everyone.

Love or Hate: Foundations

Hello my lovelies, how are you?
I hope you are feeling well?

Today I thought I would share with  you my thoughts on some foundations that I have been using over the past 6-12 months and why they don't work for me.

No7  instant radiance foundation here for £12.50: Oh boy, where do I start with this? I only tried this once and once was 1 too many times as this was so unbelievably runny it was like water. It claims to be a medium coverage but is very, very sheer and just disappeared within the hour on me. This is a definite no for me though 1 of my favourite BB creams is the No7 one and I just love it. 1/5

W7 HD foundation here for £4.99: This looks beautiful on, a light to medium coverage without looking cakey and I do like it.However, it sadly only lasts a couple of hours on me and I need a foundation to last 8 hours and more for my work but this sadly, just did not cut the mustard. 2/5
Max Factor 2 in 1 foundation & serum here for £12.99: Now this is 1 that I just out and out did not like on me at all, it was to "dewy" on me and it clung to all dry patches, even where there wasn't any. It was a good medium coverage, was very easy to apply and did last the 8 hours minimum that I need. 1/5

Clarins everlasting foundation here for £27.50: This is definitely the most expensive out of all of the foundations but it is not the best and considering the price point, I would expect it to be. Don't get me wrong, it was my favourite out of all of them but not enough to continue its use. It is a good medium to full coverage and can cling to dry patches, so is best if you have normal skin. It did last over 12 hours on me and that is amazing but for me, it was too heavy for me and could look cakey if too much is put on. 3/5

Elf flawless finish foundation here for £7.50: For a long time, I loved this foundation for just the everyday school run and when I needed to be out of the house for a couple of hours. On me, it only lasts 4 hours and does fade very quickly on me though if I'm just running to and form the school, that isn't an issue. If I like this foundation, why am I binning it? I have had it for nearly 2 years now and I am struggling to get any out and it seems to be separating. 3/5

It is that time where I have to say goodbye. Just remember that life is short, enjoy it and love one another.
Until the next time,

NOTD: ME ME ME 60 Vivasciious

Hello my lovelies, how are you?
I hope you are all keeping well?
Today I thought I would share with you a stunning little polish in today's NOTD:
ME ME  ME in the shade vivacious. I have to say that this is my first ever Me Me Me nail polish and I am suitably impressed.
It was opaque in 2 coats, lasted 3 days on my nails with no chipping, the ease of applying it was good with no streaking.
A great formula that I will be in vesting in more in the not too distant future.

Urban Decay Naked 3 Dupe featuring Make Up Revolution Iconic 3

Hello my lovelies, how are you?
I hope you are all keeping well.

Today I thought I would share with you a great little dupe for the Urban Decay Naked 3 palette:
today it is all about the Make up Revolution palette: Iconic 3, available here for £4. I will be running through a few pros & cons to see whether it stands up to the quality of the Naked 3 palette. Without further ado, I will crack on and let you know what I think.
Dupability: It definitely isn't a 100% dupe as some of the shades are very very off the mark and are pretty much a different shade, having said that, there are others that are pretty much spot on. Not bad really. 2.5/5

Formula: Now this is a lovely formula, the shadows are buttery soft, easy to blend and look lovely on the eye. There a couple shadows that have some major fallout but that isn't an issue for me as I do my foundation last. 4/5

Pigmentation:The pigmentation is pretty damn good, even though there are a couple that I had to swatch a few times (same on lids), it still comes out pretty pigmented and looks lovely on. 3/5

Wear-time: Wear time is decent without primer, averaging at 5 hours though with primer they are still on my eyes when I am ready for bed. Nice. 4/5

Ease of purchase: This little number is so readily easy to purchase and is available at Superdrug & their own website. 5/5

Packaging: The MUR packaging is a plastic, sleek, black that does fade slightly with time but does still look good. It is quite sturdy when open and closed.  I give a better than average 3/5.

Value: At £4, this is phenomenal value and would definitely recommend to anyone. 5/5

Quality: I would say that I am astounded at the quality but that would be a lie as I have come to expect great quality from MUR 5/5

Overall score: I am completely impressed with this palette and would recommend it to anyone and everyone. I definately think everyone should get some MUR in their life. 31.5 /40

Zoeva Smoky Palette

Hello my lovelies, how are you?
I hope you are all feeling well?

Today I thought I would share with you my thoughts on a stunning little palette by Zoeva: Smoky. I had never heard of Zoeva until I was checking out google on the Urban Decay Smoky palette and weirdly, this came up. I had to investigate, right?
I found it here for just £15.50 and I just had to get it to try it didn't I? Of course I did, I would be crazy not to.
I have now had this beauty for such a few months now and I can categorically say that I have given this a good old run for its money usage wise I can tell you.
I am going to shock some people and say that I reach for this over my Urban Decay Smoky palette, don't get me wrong, I still love the UD palette but there is something special about this particular  Zoeva palette.
The pigmentation is phenomenal, just the lightest touch with your finger or brush is all that is needed, they feel so soft to the touch that it feels as though they are going to melt but they just don't. There is no fall out, no chalkiness or powderiness to them at all. They last for hours with or without primer.
I seriously can't recommend this palette enough. I loved it that much that I have purchased more since and yes, I do want them all.
Have you tried anything from the Zoeva brand? What do you think of them and do you have any recommendations?

NOTD: Rimmel Disco Fever

Hello my lovelies, how are you?
I hope you are all doing well?
Today I thought I would share with you my thoughts on a stunning NOTD featuring Rimmel's disco fever. It is a stunning plummy fuchsia shade that is opaque in just 2 coats, the flat, wider brush makes it easier to paint your nails in 1 stroke. Though it did only last 2 days on my nails without chipping, that is a big deal with my nails as they only mostly last the 1 day. I love this shade and I highly recommend you trying it.
Have you tried any Rimmel nail polishes? Do you have any recommendations that you think I should try?

It is that time where I have to say goodbye. Just remember that life is short, enjoy it and love one another.
