NOTD featuring OPI Black Cherry Chutney

Hello my lovelies, how are you?
I hope you are all keeping well?
Today I thought I would share with you a nail polish that I have been trying to find for over a year, it is on my wishlist (you can see that here), I have had my friend popping into  at every opportunity to see if she could find it and nothing until I went to see her in London (you can see that here). The young lady will never know how much that means to me and will be there where ever and whenever she may need me.
Anyway, onto what you really want to see (and not myc razy ramblings), this gorgeous OPI nail polish in Black Cherry Chutney. STUNNING does not even cover it, I am completely and utterly in love. This sexy number applied smoothly, was opaque in just 2 coats and literally lasted 3 days on my nails which is, in itself, blooming amazing. LOVE LOVE LOVE.
What are your thoughts? Have you tried black cherry chutney? Did you like or dislike it?

It is that time where I say goodbye, just remember that life is short, enjoy it and love one another.

Until the next time,

NOTD: Essie Toggle to the Top

Hello my lovelies, how are you?
I hope you are all feeling well?

Today I thought I would share with you a stunning nail polish by Essie: toggle to the top. I mean seriously, look at it, isn't it just stunning? The second I saw a swatch of this I knew it was going to be mine wome whatever may.
This little beauty was opaque in 2 coats, was easy to apply with no streaking, it also stayed on my nails for 2 days which is about right with my nails being as flimsy and weak as they are at the moment.
I have wore this polish so much over the past couple of months, that I rarely have been wanting to wear anything else but I have been making myself try other polishes, I am glad that I have as I have found some beauties that you will get to see in the not too distant future.
Have you tried toggle to the top? Have you tried any of the Essie nail polishes and what did you think of them if you have? Do you have any recommendations for me to try?

It is that time where I say goodbye, just remember that life is short, enjoy it and love one another.

Urban Decay Gwen Stafani Eyeshadow Palette

Hello my lovelies, how are you?
I hope that you are all feeling well?
Today I thought I would share with you a gorgeous palette that I managed to get my hands on: Urban Decay's Gwen Stefani palette. I mean, seriously, just how beautiful is it? When I hear that Gwen had done a collaboration with Urban Decay, I was very very intrigued, how could I not be, she is a bit of a style icon isn't she?
When the first picture's started showing up on the internet, I knew it was the palette that I was going to get over vice 4 & spectrum, those 2 are just too shimmery and glittery for me but the Stefani palette, wow, it really is a stunner. I put my name down for the waitlist and counted down the days until it was in the shops for me to go and get my eager little hands on.
When the email finally landed in my inbox, I went down to Debenhams the very next day to go and take a look and have a good old swatch fest but I knew that I was going to get it before I even got to the shop. Oh boy is it worth it.
If you can get your hands on this baby, I really recommend that you do, it is simply stunning. Don't let the pink, gold or  blue scare you, even I have used them and they are just beautiful as a blending colour (pink) to warm up a cool toned shade, the gold in the centre of the lid as I did to make it pop and the blue as a liner for the lower lashes. It truly is a stunning palette and I am completely and utterly in love with it.

NOTD: Collection Gothic Glam Deadly

Hello lovelely ladies, how are you?
I hope you are all keeping well?
Today I thought I would share with you my thoughts on a stunning little NOTD featuring Collection's polish from the collection Gothic Glam in the shade deadly. I don't know why but when I saw this in the shop, I just fell head over heels in love with the shade and I still can't explain why it has bowled me over but I just love it. It reminds me of a glittery, dirty puddle lol. I know, it is a strange shade but it works. I love it.
The polish itself only lasted a few hours on first time wearing it but I think that was down to the sheer amount of dishes I do on a daily basis. I did try it again with Seche Vit top coat and it helped with the polish staying much longer on my nails as 2 days, which is a big improvement I can tell you.
It was opaque in nearly 1 coat but there was a couple of streaks so 2 coats was fully opaque. It has the wide brush that I like and from this nail polish, I would definitely try more from the collection range.

NOTD: Make Up Revolution 13 Cool Days & China Gaze Pizazz

Hello0 my lovelies, how are you?
I hope you are all feeling well?
Today I thought I would share with you my NOTD featuring Make up Revolution's 13 cool days and China Glaze Pizazz. In all honesty, I wasn't sure that this combo would work but I am glad that I went ahead with it as it turned out to be stunning. Don't you just love it when that happens?
The MUR nail polish was opaque in 2 coats and chipped after 1 day but for £1 that isn't an issue for me (and baring in mind I have dodgy nails to begin with, I am more than OK with that), I love the colour and look forward to using it again.
China Glaze pizazz is a stunning multi coloured glitter top coat and was easy to apply, no taking your time to place the glitter pieces and worked so well with MUR.

Have you tried anything from China Glaze or Make Up Revolution? How did you find them and do you have any recommendations for me to try?

It is that time where I have to say goodbye. Just remember that life is short, enjoy it and love one another.

17 Lip & Cheek Stain in Perky Pink

Hello my lovelies, how are you?
I hope you are all feeling amazingly well?

Today I thought I would share my thoughts on the Seventeen cheek & lip stain from boots for £4.99 here and is included in the 3 for 2 promotion they have on at the moment.
Before I bought this, I swatched it on the back of my hand just to see how long it would last and it was still the the day after even after multiple times of washing my hands. So, I went ahead and bought it to see if it could possibly replace my beloved Benetint, which I love for my no make up make days.

I had some seriously high hopes for this little bad boy from the swatch the day before but sadly, it is a completely different story when I have tried this on my face. It just disappeared completely into my skin, even multiple layers didn't make too much difference, though, finally, I did manage to get a very subtle flush (and I mean very subtle) and it didn't last anywhere near as long as the swatch on my hand. In fact, it was barely noticeable 1 hour later and had completely vanished 3 hours later. Definitely not something I will be repurchasing in the future sadly.

NOTD: OPI Suzi says feng shui

Hello my lovelies, how are you?
I hope you are all keeping well?

Today I thought I would share with you some serious prettiness from a brand that I find can be a bit hit & miss: OPI. I rarely fall in love with a blue nail polish but when I saw this I knew I had to have it. Having said that, when I put the first coat on, I wasn't sure as it was a little sheer but this little beauty was opaque in 2 coats. There was no streaking and wa a pleasure to put on. It did bobble a little but that was my fault as I decided to do the dishes and I hadn't given it enough time to dry. Doh.

Have you tried any of the OPI nail polishes? What are your thoughts and do you have any recommendations for me?

It is that time where I have to say goodbye. Just remember that life is short, enjoy it and love one another.

Elf tinted lip balm in Cranberry.

Hiya everyone, I hope you are all well?
I've not been to good of late and I haven't really wanted to do my make up but I have as I look absolutely terrible without it. So, I have been wearing the bare minimum and oh my, have I been loving the Elf tinted lip balm in Cranberry. At first, I actually wasn't that keen to be honest as it was a little too thick I felt but I found myself putting it on continuously, day in and day out.

Onto the serious business of what I actually think of it, well, I love the scent but I feel it smells more like strawberries than cranberry but hey, that does not bother me in the slightest. The consistency is thick but I did get used to that as it feels so lovely and and creamy on the lips. It gives off enough colour to make the lips look interesting and not scary. I love this so much that I have bought another 1 in nude and if you want to try it for yourself you can form the Elf website here. That is it for this post ladies, so don't do anything I wouldn't do and have fun.

Primark Liquid highlighter

Hello my lovelies, how are you?
I hope you are all feeling well?
Today I thought I would share with you my thoughts on a Primark highlighter that I have been using pretty much everyday since getting it last month. I have been using it that much that I need a new 1 already as I am literally scraping the bottom of the bottle.
I have been loving the strobing trend that is doing the rounds at the moment and this has been amazing for that, I have been setting it with a powder highlighter though this is amazing on its own for those seriously no make up make up days. It is just phenomenal and I love it so much that I will be repurchasing in the not too distant future.

Boots cucumber eye make up remover gel review

Hello my lovelies, how are you?
I hope you are all doing OK?
Today I thought I would share with you my thoughts on the Boots cucumber eye make up remover gel. I enjoy the cucumber make up remover wipes and thought I would give this a try as I sometimes suffer from sensitive eyes. I don't use this everyday but only when my eyes are feeling a little tender and in need of something cooling. I use this alongside a cooling eye gel to help alleviate my tender eyes and any puffiness that may be happening and this fits the bill perfectly.
It is currently £1.50 on the Boots website and included in the 3 for £3 offer that they have on at the moment here.

Nivea tinted moisturiser

Well hello there my lovelies,
how are you?
I hope you are all feeling well?
Today I thought I would share with you my thoughts on the Nivea tinted moisturising day cream which is currently on offer at the minute at Superdrug here for £3.65.
I expect alot from my tinted moisturiser and sadly I find alot of them to be a bit meh and sadly, for me anyway, this is 1 of them. Don't get me wrong, it is nice and I will continue to use it but only on days that I am literally running to the school to pick up my little girl and I don't really need alot of make up. This mascara, powder and lip balm and I am good to go but no matter what, it only lasts an hour on me as my skin just drinks it all up and I become oil in my T-zone and that is not a good look I can tell you.
It really does moisturise beautifully, blends like a dream and does look amazing when I first apply it but because my skin has changed as I am getting older, it just doesn't work too well for me but if you have normal to dry skin, this would be well worth a try as it is very moisturising and beautiful. It may even last a good length of time for you.
It is that time where I have to say goodbye. Just remember that life is short, enjoy it and love one another.

Until the next time,
Ta Ta for now.
